THINKING OF BUYING A LACUNA ESTATE PROPERTY?
Purchasers of Kings Hill properties typically become shareholders of one or more companies. These companies provide services, and levy annual charges accordingly. Homeowners on Lacuna Estate can expect to receive the following, depending on whether they are buying a freehold or a leasehold property*:

One of the LEMC directors, Pauline Marsh, has recently set up a managing agent company (PMA) and we hope to take over the management of some of the flats in 2018. PMA will report to the rest of the estate management Directors (the LEMC Directors) or to the Residents' Management Company Directors (for each leasehold block) - just like any other managing agent does.
If you are thinking of buying a Lacuna property and renting it out, it is important you email us with your physical address details in order that we may sent you service charge demands. It is your responsibility to ensure that your tenants observe those of our covenants which are applicable, for example your tenants should only park in your allocated spaces and they should not cause a nuisance or annoyance (including they should not play music that can be heard outside between 11pm and 8 am).
